Year's Most Depressing Day

According to a Brit psychologist, Jan 24 is meant to be our 'most depressing day'.

There's even an equation:

[W + (D-d)] x TQ over M x NA

which breaks down into seven variables:

W) weather

(D) debt

(d) monthly salary

(T) time since Christmas

(Q) time since failed quit attempt

(M) low motivational levels

... and (NA), the need to take action.
