Bumbershoot

This Friday and over the Labor Day weekend.

Not usually my scene - wandering aimlessly around Seattle Center, snarling at the buskers and admiring the whirling dervish hippies - but this year I have it sussed.

I am going to hear

1. Laura Veirs, Sat noon
2. Liz Phair, Sun, 3pm (and whose page takes yonks to open but is quite fun)
3. Vienna Teng, 4pm
4. and The Bad Plus, 8pm (one of the joys of footloose unemployment)

Trés organisé, if I say so moi-même.
